The first time I attended a Sound Bath, in early 2023, I walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated in a way I didn’t expect.  

I was struggling to find a path forward after COVID forced my husband and I to close our travel business in 2020, followed by his unexpected death in 2021.  So, when I was WOWed by my first Sound Bath experience, I thought maybe learning this wonderful healing modality could be my path forward.  And now I know that it is what I am meant to do in this stage of my life.

I have participated in over 120 hours of study and training in Sound Healing Therapy and have earned a number of Certifications through courses accredited by the Complementary Medical Association, including:  

  • Sound Healer Fundamentals 

  • Expert Level Sound Healer 

  • Level 2 Crystal Singing Bowls 

  • Advanced Sound Healing Therapy Practitioner 

Since early 2024, I have conducted Group Sound Baths in the Ormond Beach community where I live.  Offering a unique presentation combining instruments, collected from around the world, that mimic the sounds of nature, with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, it is my intention to make Sound Baths and Sound Healing approachable for all people, of any physical capability, young or old, male or female.
