You do not need to bring anything - a zero-gravity chair and light blanket will be provided for the Group Sound Baths; and a light blanket will be provided for the Sound Lounge. Water will also be provided.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session is to begin
Please turn off or silence your phone before entering the Studio.
Recording of the session is NOT permitted.
Please do not wear a strong perfume or scent (be respectful of the sensitivities of those around you)

Do not drink alcohol or take drugs before or during the Sound Bath or Vibro-Acoustic Sound Lounge session

If you fall asleep during the Sound Bath, no worries, you’ll still receive all the benefits of being surrounded by the vibrations because we not only “hear” sound with our ears, but also process it through our skin.

If you snore during the Sound Bath, it’s nothing to be concerned about, but snoring can be distracting to the people next to you. At the beginning of the Sound Bath we will suggest that if someone next to you is snoring and it is distracting, to give the snorer a light tap on the shoulder or nudge to let them know they are snoring. This way, all participants can have a great experience.

On the rare occasion you feel anxious or uncomfortable during the Sound Bath, first try breathing through it, but if that doesn’t help, do not hesitate to get up and leave the room as quietly as possible.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Life Happens - we understand! But, please, if you have to cancel, provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your booked session to ensure you will receive a credit towards a new booking (you can cancel your session in your online Account). Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, will not receive a refund or credit towards a new booking.
