Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you have to cancel a confirmed appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice to ensure you will receive a credit towards a new booking (you can cancel your appointment in your online account or through the Appointment Confirmation email).  Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice, and no-shows, will not receive a refund or credit towards a new booking.  If you have any questions about this policy or rescheduling your session, please email info@7hsb.com

Precautions for each type of service are listed on the service description pages.  You agree that you have read and understand and agree to comply with these Precautions.  Sound Bath and Vibro-Acoustic Sound Lounge sessions and any of its products do not diagnose, cure, prevent or treat physical or mental disease.  It is not intended as a subsPurtitute for regular medical or psychiatric care.  The information and offerings by 7th Heaven Sound Baths, LLC have not been evaluated by any government agency or regulatory organization.  We can legally say the sessions and treatments do provide relaxation and stress relief, which has been shown to be an effective and positive contributor to most issues emotionally and physically.  You agree to take full responsibility for any outcomes that may occur as a result of participating in any session or treatment presented on our website or in our Studio.  You also agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well being and acknowledge that, if you have emotional or health issues you are experiencing before, during or after the Sound Bath or Sound Lounge session, you may need to see a medical practitioner to help you.
